Code of Ethics

This Code of Ethics contains the principles and general policies that must guide the ethical and professional conduct of employees, collaborators, subcontractors, management, and the Board of Directors of Rilart JSC. Its purpose is to protect the fundamental values required for the proper delivery of services and administration of the company.

A. General Provisions

All employees, collaborators, subcontractors, management, and Board members must act solely in the interest of Rilart JSC and its clients, in a professional, honest, efficient, accurate, ethical, and responsible manner.

  • They must not misrepresent their qualifications, competence, or experience, nor undertake assignments beyond our capabilities.
  • They must treat as confidential and private all information obtained in relation to Rilart JSC certification activities, whether specific or general, unless Rilart JSC and/or the client (as applicable) has authorized disclosure in writing.
  • They must not discuss information with anyone except those who have a legitimate need to know it for certification process purposes, and they must not disclose any details of audit findings, either during or after the audit.

The conduct of persons associated with Rilart JSC must be honest and impartial, both toward the company and our clients, striving to improve our competitiveness and prestige, and using our capabilities to promote human well-being and potential, especially in relation to the arts.

B. Relationships with the Company and Clients

All employees, collaborators, subcontractors, management, and Board members must inform Rilart JSC and the client of any business, connection, interest, or affiliation that may affect the fair and impartial nature of the services provided.

In addition, they commit to:

  • They must not disclose confidential information concerning business matters, technical processes, or material protected by industrial or intellectual property rights, without prior consent from the appropriate party.
  • They must not accept compensation from more than one party for the same service without the consent of all parties.
  • They must inform Rilart JSC, for its awareness and consent when applicable, if any complementary service is provided.

C. Relationships Among Coworkers

Employees, collaborators, subcontractors, management, and Board members of Rilart JSC shall ensure that credit for the work of others is given to those to whom it is due.

They shall also:

  • Support the professional development of all coworkers, or those under their supervision, without competing unfairly with others.
  • Respect coworkers' opinions and conduct to ensure honesty and openness within the team.
  • Respond openly and professionally when identifying unethical behavior by any coworker, notifying their contact person or direct supervisor at Rilart JSC.

D. Relationship with the General Public

Employees, collaborators, subcontractors, management, and Board members of Rilart JSC shall promptly communicate, with accuracy and transparency, any actions that affect society in general.

They must always maintain confidentiality of information. They may not make personal judgments on behalf of Rilart JSC and, when expressing an opinion, must clearly state that it is personal in nature, including on social media and in media articles.
